Before we get into anything else today, I wanna pause and say that this episode means a lot to me. If you've been listening for a while, you might have already noticed something shifting in my work and, and the conversations I've been having here on the show.
And today isn't just an update it's me bringing you along for what's next. And over the past year, I've been paying close attention to what you're telling me you need the most, the dms, the emails, the quiet "oh gosh, me too" moments when an episode hits a nerve. That feedback has been shaping where the show is headed in a big way.
This podcast needs to evolve because I've changed, not in a dramatic way, not because anything was wrong with the show before, but because I've outgrown the version of myself who started the show seven years ago, and this latest pivot is me honoring that shift instead of ignoring it. So, uh, let me clarify who the podcast is for in this next chapter.
It's for neurodivergent midlifers who are done chasing. They're not lazy. She's capable, she's tired of the unnecessary pressure, and she wants a life that supports her, not one that she has to constantly manage or fix. And if that's you too, you're in the right place. The conversations I'm ready to have are mostly centered around the experience of being late diagnosed and neurodivergent in midlife.
How do you protect your energy? How do you simplify instead of adding more? How do you build something sustainable that feels like you, still? We're gonna talk about all that. We're gonna talk about clarity, decision making, boundaries, creating systems that give you space instead of taking more space away from you.
And the show isn't about doing more or doing it right, it's about doing what matters to you. So here's what you can expect moving forward: more conversations that help you cope and feel less alone, practical strategy you can actually apply, and permission to build your life in a way that feels supportive instead of stressful.
Behind the scenes, there are some big things going on. I've been quietly building towards a bigger vision of the year, one that goes beyond weekly episodes and really meets you where you are and in your real life with real support. I'm not ready to lay this all out yet, but I will tell you this: I've heard what you're saying.
I hear you and I'm making changes with you in mind, and there are new things coming down the line in 2026 that are designed to make your life feel a little lighter and a lot more yours. Does that sound good? It sounds good to me. I'm really excited about this, and if you've been listening for a while, thank you for growing with me.
And if you're new here, welcome. Keep listening over the next few months because I'll be sharing more about what's changing and how you can be a part of this next chapter as it unfolds. So, yeah. Until next time.
